"Good day I got your info from the web , I called your office this morning to get a quote for my vehicle and your representative who refuses to give her name when I called needs to be retrained, she is a poor representation for you She was very rude, she placed my call on hold and forward the call to the automated recording, I made several attempts to call back and she send alll the calls to voice mail She continues with the same behavior very soon she will have no job because AI technology is here Feel free to contact me for further details"

"Ignaly Montalvo made my life extremely easy!!!! I had to get a policy for a large commercial truck, this was an extremely important policy for our company. Ignaly got this done as quickly as possible. I had a ton of follow up requests and questions, and every time Ignaly responded instantly to every request and question. I couldn't afford to waste getting this policy, I'm extremely happy I happen to choose Mark Butlers agency randomly to get this policy in place. It couldn't have worked out better.
